Simon Picard

Simon has over 10 years of experience in all aspects of residential rehab and construction. He loves to work with wood and combines an artistic appreciation/talent for carpentry with the general know-how of a contractor.

Previously a general contractor, Simon noticed how the complexity of contracting could take away from the experience of the client. Subtracting the headache in construction, he found a solution through a very simplistic equation. Materials may be purchased by the owner giving them more control over their budget while there is a set price per hour for labor.

Born in Quebec, Canada, Simon is also bilingual and can speak fluent French and English.
